Quiet, professional, dedicated. Ianto Jones is a valuable member when it comes to obtaining detailed information on anything and everything. In charge of making sure Torchwood's secret stays just that, as well as various other duties of both security and 'housekeeping' he takes every task he's assigned seriously. Once a member of Torchwood 1, Ianto came to Torchwood 3 after Torchwood 1 was destroyed in the battle of Canary Wharf.

While Ianto might not seem that much of a threat, as he spends most of his days at the "Visitors Center" front or around the Hub cleaning and making drinks and such, he is a force to be reckoned with. With his nature of not giving up, and ability to fight and fight hard in what one believes in he is just as successful a member of Torchwood. He is well trained in both hand to hand combat as well as with several forms of weaponry both human or extraterrestrial.

Ianto is a good friend and a valued team member, and is always willing to go the extra mile and then some to help others.
